Users and experts can collaborate by sharing access to a remote computer. 

• A user can send a "Seeking Help" request to another user or expert.  This other individual can then be granted access the sender's remote computer.
• An expert can send an "Offering Assistance" email to a user.  This invitation explains how the user can enable access to a computer.
