The SOFIns Platform provides an ssh- and vnc-access gateway to remote computers and networks. This access gateway is similar to traditional KVM-over-IP equipment, but achieved in a different way:

• A generic computer or laptop at the remote network is converted into an analysis and access tool. This conversion is achieved with the SOFIns Boot Disk.  No software is installed on the computer and the computer's software and data are not modified.
• Remote access is established to a specific network location and a specific computer.  This allows analysis and repair to take place directly from the network location and computer hardware where the problem exists.
• No dedicated hardware or software is required at the remote location, only a generic computer and SOFIns Boot Disk.  Removing the Boot Disk and rebooting the computer will remove all remote access to that network.
